Our brushed brass finish matches 99% of other brushed brass homeware in the market.

Most of our handles are crafted using quality solid Zinc-alloy, widely used by cabinet makers in Australia.

One exception is our T Bar handles, they are crafted from grade 304 stainless steel. Due to the toughness of this material, its brushed brass finish will look darker than other Zinc-alloy handles.

All of our products are dispatched same day or within 1 business day from the time we process your payment.

For peace of mind, all orders will be provided with tracking once shipped.

We offer standard shipping (2-8 business days) and express shipping (1-4 business days).

Bloom Hardware offers a 30 day hassle-free return policy.

If you change your mind and want to return the products, 3% of transaction fee and shipping fee will not be refundable.

Return shipping to Bloom Hardware is to be arranged and paid for by the customer.

Returns will not be accepted outside of the 30 day period.

Return products need to still be in the original packaging and to be put in a box to avoid damages. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been installed or used. 

If there are faulty products, we will send a replacement with postage on us.

Warranty will be voided if the products are subject to:

• Improper or lack of maintenance.
• Use of harsh or corrosive cleaning products.
• Incorrect installation.
• Use of a product for which it was not designed, exposure to weather and/or elements.

We recommend customers to carefully choose the products to order to avoid cancellation from happening.

In case of order cancellation, please let us know within 1 hour of ordering to prevent your order from being shipped.

We will refund you once we fully received the amount. We will deduct 3% of transaction fee the full amount.
