If you changed your mind and want to return the products, 3% of transaction fee and shipping fee will not be refundable.

Return shipping to Bloom Hardware is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Returns will not be accepted outside of the 30 day period.

Return products need to still be in the original packaging and to be put in a box to avoid damages.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Returns will not be accepted if product has been installed or used.

If there are faulty products, we will send a replacement with postage on us.
